THE TIKI BARN @THE NORTH FORTY
The Tiki Barn opened its doors March 11, 2005 for my
daughter's wedding rehearsal party. We needed a place for 60
or so people to hang out, drink adult beverages, dance to tunes
and visit with friends who had arrived a day early for the
wedding. We wanted to be able to furnish our own food and
beverages.

After a trip to Austin's famous Hula Hut for a wedding shower,a
lot of wishful thinking, creative thoughts, and a lot more
manual labor from Luke, the Tiki Barn was a reality. The
rehearsal party was a huge success and the rest is history.

With close to 200 guests, the annual Fantasy Fest
is by far the largest event held each year.
